尖锐湿疣又名尖圭湿疣、生殖器湿疣,系人类乳头瘤病毒感染所致。它有40种以上抗原型,其中 HPV-6、11、16及18型与本病有关,尤其是与 HPV-6型有关。近几年来尖锐湿疣发病率在我国迅速增加,因此对本病的防治很重要,现将我们对尖锐湿疣的治疗体会报告如下。1 临床资料1994年5～8月对本院妇产科门诊的外阴尖锐湿疣30例进行分组治疗观察,22例全身加局部治疗,8例单纯全身治疗。1.1临床基本情况:30例湿疣病人最小年龄19岁,最大

In recent years, the incidence of genital warts in China increased rapidly, so the prevention and treatment of this disease is very important, we now report on the treatment of genital warts are as follows. 1 Clinical data May 1994 to August in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology clinics 30 cases of vulvar genital warts were observed, 22 cases of systemic plus local treatment, 8 cases of simple systemic treatment. 1.1 The basic clinical situation: 30 cases of genital warts, the youngest age of 19 years, the largest
