综述了目前锻造成形工艺数值模拟的发展现状,对三维锻造过程数值模拟技术的软件系统实现提高了可靠的处理方法,并建立了通用三维刚塑性/刚粘塑性有限元数值模拟系统。对圆饼类锻件的镦粗预成形工艺进行了过程模拟,首次模拟了连杆滚挤预成形工艺,分析了摩擦条件对成形过程的影响,对于模拟整个多工位锻造过程,实现合理的预成形工艺和模具设计具有重要意义。
The development status of numerical simulation for forging forming process is reviewed. The software system of numerical simulation technology for three-dimensional forging process is improved and reliable processing method is established. A general three-dimensional rigid-plastic / rigid-viscoplastic finite element numerical simulation system is established. The process of upsetting preforming of round cake forgings was simulated. The preforming process of rod rolling was simulated for the first time. The influence of the friction condition on the forming process was analyzed. For the simulation of the whole multi-station forging process, Forming process and mold design is of great significance.
