在地空导弹营中,曾多次出现过发射架随动系统故障,其中发射架单向转动不停故障较为常见。即发射架随动系统起动后,在没有误差角的情况下,发射架向一个方向转动不停。这实质上是发射架随动系统的一种不稳定现象,出现这种故障后该发射架不能担任战备,影响战斗。为了能够有效地分析排除发射架的故障,使其处于战备状态,作为一个维护使用工程技术人员,除了靠自己的维护经验外,还应当具有一定的维护理论知识。本文利用“二元对比排序法”理论结合实际来阐述对发射架单向转动不停的故障诊断。
In the ground-to-air missile battalion, there have been many failures of the launch vehicle follow-up system, of which launching the unidirectional rotation of the launch vehicle is more common. In order to effectively analyze and eliminate the failure of launch launchers and keep them in a state of readiness for warfare, as a maintenance engineer, there should be some maintenance theory in addition to their own maintenance experience. In this paper, the theory of “binary collation and ranking method” is combined with the actual situation to elaborate the fault diagnosis of the non-stop launching frame.
