为深入宣传和贯彻落实党的十五届三中全会精神,中央组织部组织局、民政部基层政权和社区建设司、中共山西省朔州市委和本刊政治理论部,最近在北京联合召开了“加强农村基层组织和民主政治建设座谈会”。座谈会由本刊总编辑戴舟同志主持,中央和国家机关有关部委的一些领导同志及专家学者出席会议并发言。与会同志针对当前农村基层改革和发展的实际,围绕如何进一步加强农村基层民主政治建设、精神文明建设、以党组织为核心的基层组织建设和干部队伍建设问题,进行了深入的研讨,提出了许多建设性意见。本刊副总编辑朱峻峰同志参加了座谈会。现将发言要点综述如下:
In order to further publicize and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, the Organizing Department of the Central Organization Department, the Grass-roots Political Power and Community Construction Department of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the CPC Shuozhou Municipal Committee of CPC and the Political Theory Department of the Journal jointly held a meeting in Beijing recently “Strengthening rural grassroots organizations and democratic political forum.” The symposium was presided over by Chief Editor Dai Zhou of the magazine and some leading comrades and experts and scholars from the relevant ministries and commissions of the state and state agencies attended the conference and made speeches. In view of the actual situation of rural grass-roots reform and development at present, comrades conducted in-depth discussions on how to further strengthen the building of grassroots-level democracy in rural areas, the building of spiritual civilization, the building of grassroots organizations with the party as the core, and the building of cadre ranks, and put forward many Constructive opinion.
