通过参加“5·12”地震灾难的心理援助,认为目前存在以下问题:缺乏整体预案,援助行动显得无序;专业人员数量少,水平参差不齐;可持续性有限;民众对心理危机干预与援助存在认知偏差。建议:灾后心理援助应建立、健全分层有序的国家政府网络;加大对心理危机干预人员的培训力度,切实提升心理援助队伍的专业水平;着力于建立长效机制,实现可持续;专业技术要本土化,也要有所创新;借助各种媒体力量,普及心理防灾救灾知识。
By participating in the psychological aid of the “May 12” earthquake disaster, we think the following problems exist at present: lack of overall plan, disorganized aid operations, small number of professionals and uneven levels, limited sustainability, and people’s psychological crisis There is a cognitive bias in interventions and aid.
