一、前言 钢熔模铸件机械性能的检验,过去一直是从梅花试棒上取样。这种取样方法,存在试棒难以代表铸件的实际性能、合金液消耗多、机加工量大等问题。为解决上述不合理现象,国内外都进行了大量研究,试图用熔模单铸试样取代梅花试棒加工的试样,但多未成功。79—80年,原四机部“熔模铸件技术条件”部标编制小组对各种熔模单铸机械性能试样进行了较系统的试验。试验由国营黄河机器厂、长江机器厂和锦江电机厂
I. INTRODUCTION The inspection of the mechanical properties of cast steel castings has always taken samples from plum sticks.
