IFN-γ是一种重要的免疫调节因子.最近研究发现,IFN-γ能刺激某些肿瘤细胞表达Fas和FasL,增加肿瘤细胞对Fas诱导凋亡的敏感性.IFN-γ能否通过诱导Fas和FasL表达直接诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,目前尚未阐明.我们研究发现IFN-γ能刺激Fas和FasL低水平表达,直接诱导Caspase-1介导的肿瘤细胞凋亡.
IFN-γ is an important immunoregulatory factor. Recent studies have found that IFN-γ can stimulate the expression of Fas and FasL in some tumor cells and increase the sensitivity of tumor cells to Fas-induced apoptosis. Whether IFN-γ can induce Fas Direct expression of FasL and apoptosis of tumor cells has not yet been elucidated. We have found that IFN-γ can stimulate low-level expression of Fas and FasL, and directly induce caspase-1 mediated apoptosis of tumor cells.
