本文应用“横向可变拘束试验法”分别研究了Si、Mo、V、Nb、Cr、W、Ni等7种合金元素对12SiMoVNb抗氢钢埋弧焊焊缝金属结晶裂纹的敏感性的影响。通过对焊道中心最大裂纹长度(L_(max))、裂纹数目(n)、临界变形量(ε临)、裂纹总长度(L总)、热裂纹温度范围(BTR)以及焊缝金属随温度降低临界变形量(CST)等六项指标的全面评定,找到了上述7种合金元素对12SiMoVNb钢焊缝金属热裂倾向的影响规律,进而对结晶裂纹断口利用扫描电镜进行细致的观察分析,深入地揭示了合金元素影响的本质。 最后,在上述研究的基础上找到了具有优良抗裂性的焊丝合金系统。解决了12SiMoVNb抗氢钢埋弧焊焊缝金属结晶裂纹这一关键。
