报道血液光声光谱对35例急性白血病,8例缺铁性贫血及62例正常人血液进行测定。结果:急性白血病光声光谱各波峰均低于缺铁性贫血及正常人,有助于急性白血病诊断及预后判断,且适应于人群普查。
Blood photoacoustic spectroscopy was reported on 35 cases of acute leukemia, 8 cases of iron deficiency anemia and 62 cases of normal blood. Results: The peak of the photoacoustic spectrum of acute leukemia was lower than that of the patients with iron deficiency anemia and normal, which was helpful to the diagnosis and prognosis of acute leukemia.
