The main responsibility of the blood taker is to obtain sufficient safe blood and process the blood for use by the user. This is an unenviable task, because firstly the items we collect are easily deteriorating, and secondly, the only source of our current blood is humans. The combination of these two dynamic factors puts a lot of pressure on the blood collectors. The task of the blood collector/supplier is not only to collect blood. The blood transfusion center should serve as a reference center for blood transfusions to solve difficult problems. Some blood centers also provide centralized normal routines (?) for certain hospitals, for example, HLA serology and organizing and capacitive tests. It also establishes some kind of structural and functional links with the hospital and operates the blood banking business in this situation. Safe blood providers are most concerned about blood transfusion safety. All blood bank workers worry about blood safety and quality control. We are concerned about transfusion of viral diseases. Undoubtedly, the emergence of AIDS is a problem that has stimulated the blood bank more than any issue in the past 40 years. We spend a lot of time in the laboratory to increase or decrease the sensitivity of pretransfusion tests. We collect blood safely and send safe blood and blood components for safety
