目的:分析检验科报告单错送的原因并研究解决办法。方法:对我院2007-02-01/2007-07-31检验科错送报告单90份进行分析。结果:检验科报告单错送的原因是由申请医生(44.45%)、病室护士(4.44%)、检验科工作人员(28.89)%、检验科工人(22.22%)造成。结论:检验科规范化、现代化管理,实行检验报告单签发和复核程序,避免检验科报告单错发。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the cause of the wrong report in the clinical laboratory and to study the solution. Methods: Analysis of 90 copies of report form in our hospital from 2007-02-01 / 2007-07-31. Results: The reasons for the error in the report were caused by the number of doctors (44.45%), ward nurses (4.44%), laboratory staffs (28.89%) and laboratory technicians (22.22%). Conclusion: The standardization and modern management of the laboratory should be implemented and the procedures of issuing and reviewing the test report should be implemented to avoid the mistakes made by the report of the laboratory.
