小儿病毒性心肌炎极大多数为柯萨基B组病毒引起,亦可为其它病毒感染所致,文献报道巨细胞病毒亦是该病的病原体之一。本文总结了我科1986～1993年间住院的124例巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染患儿的心肌损害及其临床特点,并附4例尸检资料,以探讨两者之间的关系,为病毒性心肌炎提供病原学依据。
