本文较详细地介绍了大港板桥油田300m~3/d海水处理及注入试验站的工艺流程及试验情况。大量试验数据说明:海水经过沉淀、过滤后,悬浮物的含量可下降到2~3mg/l,且99.9%的颗粒小于5.5μm,膜滤因数均大于15;海水经水射器一级真空脱氧和化学脱氧后,含氧量可下降为0.05mg/l,腐蚀率可下降到 0.044mm/a;投加次氯酸钠后海水中的硫酸盐还原菌和腐生菌可降低到100个/ml以下;经计算和室内试验,原海水注入地层后易结垢,可投加5mg/l ATMP防垢剂进行防垢。从而证明了处理后的海水完全可以代替地下水用于油田注水。
