采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定脑卒中84例和对照组40例血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)浓度。结果表明:脑梗塞和脑出血分组也都高于正常对照组(p<0.01),脑梗塞与脑出血分组也都高于正常对照组(p<0.01),脑梗塞和脑出血分组间、脑卒中急性期与恢复期及性别之间均无明显差异(p>0.05)。提示血浆oxLDL浓度升高与脑卒中发病密切相关,并可作为估价脑卒中危险因素的重要指标之一。
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure plasma oxLDL concentrations in 84 patients with stroke and 40 patients in control group. The results showed that the cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage group were also higher than the normal control group (p <0.01), cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage group were also higher than the normal control group (p <0.01), cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage Between groups, there was no significant difference between acute and convalescent periods and gender in stroke (p> 0.05). It is suggested that elevated plasma oxLDL concentration is closely related to the incidence of stroke and may be used as one of the important indicators to evaluate the risk factors of stroke.
