随着国外汽车服务企业进入国内市场,汽车维修行业的竞争愈演愈烈,在此背景下,切实加强汽修企业内部党建工作,推进国内汽修行业的不断前进。本文深入分析目前国内汽修行业的现状及问题,以企业党建工作为基点,提出一系列有针对性的对策,以期为我国汽车修理企业的健康发展提供有益参考。
With the entry of foreign automobile service enterprises into the domestic market, the competition in the automobile maintenance industry intensified. Under this background, the party building in automobile repair enterprises was earnestly strengthened and the domestic auto repair industry continued to advance. This article analyzes in depth the current status and problems of the auto repair industry in our country and puts forward a series of targeted measures based on the party construction in the enterprise so as to provide a useful reference for the healthy development of auto repair enterprises in our country.
