目的:定性、定量分析不同月份的樟子松针叶挥发油,考察主要成分相对百分含量的变化趋势。方法:用常压水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术检测,通过直观推导式演进特征投影(HELP)法解析色谱-质谱数据,得到各成分的纯色谱和质谱。根据保留时间和质谱,在质谱库中进行检索,对成分定性,用总体积积分法定量。结果:不同月份的针叶挥发油中,相对百分含量高于0.10%的主要成分数量从57种至76种不等。共有成分数量为49种,含单萜10种,倍半萜27种。结论:α-蒎烯等20种成分的平均相对百分含量高于1.0%,是挥发油的主要成分,并随季节呈现一定规律性变化。
OBJECTIVE: To qualitatively and quantitatively analyze volatile oil of Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica in different months and investigate the change trend of relative percentage of main components. Methods: Volatile oils were extracted by steam distillation at atmospheric pressure and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The pure chromatograms of each component were obtained by direct derivative evolution projection (HELP) And mass spectrometry. Based on retention time and mass spectra, searches were performed in the mass spectral library to characterize the components and quantify the total volume integrals. Results: In the different months of volatile oil, the relative percentage of more than 0.10% of the main components of the number of 57 kinds ranging from 76 to 76 species. A total of 49 species of components, including 10 kinds of monoterpenes, sesquiterpenoids 27 species. CONCLUSION: The average relative percentage of 20 constituents such as α-pinene is higher than 1.0%, which is the main component of volatile oil and shows certain regularity with the season.
