下半年经济工作方针: 稳定政策,冷静观察;巩固成果,防止反复; 区别对待,调整结构;深化改革,加强法治;统筹兼顾,远近结合;统一思想,形成合力。下半年经济工作着力抓好十项重点工作: (一)继续加强农业特别是粮食生产,落实和完善促进粮食生产和农民增收减负的各项政策措施,推进粮食流通体制改革和农村税费改革。近期要切实抓好防汛救灾工作。
Second half of the economic work guidelines: stability policy, calm observation; to consolidate results to prevent repetition; treat differently, adjust the structure; deepen reform and strengthen the rule of law; make overall plans and take into account of distance and distance; unify thoughts and form synergy.
