根据《解放军机关公文处理条例》的规定,当某单位的“工作总结”需要上报上级机关,以便其了解有关情况时,它必须被转换为“工作情况报告”这一公文体式才能行文。在实际撰写过程中,草拟者往往会将两者混为一谈,出现只变换标题不修改内容的现象。在《2000届毕业学员代职实习工作总结》这篇例文中,草拟者将“总结”分为五大部分:一、基本情况(略)二、主要做法(一)各级重视,加强领导,确保实习工作顺利进行。(略)(二)计划周密,抓好落实,确保实习工作落到实处。(略)(三)调动学员自我管理和自我教育的积极性,明确目的,确保代职实习圆满完成。(略)三、主要收获及体会(一)从严治校,严谨治学是打牢学员基础的前提。(略)(二)代职实习是学员书本知识向实际动手能力转化的重要途径。(略)(三)学员全面发展是部队建设的需要,也是学校努力的方向。(略)(四)拓展第二课堂,加强实践性教学是提高学员能力的重要手段。(略)四、存在不足
According to the PLA Official Document Handling Regulations, when a unit’s “work summary” needs to be reported to a higher authority so that it knows about the situation, it must be converted into a “work report” Wording.
