本文采用毛油管气相色谱-质谱法研究了宁夏六盘山区野百里香挥发油的化学成分。色谱分离出30多个组分,质谱鉴定了29个成分。其主要成分是(牛龙)牛儿醇(26.95%)、香荆芥酚(18.40%)和百里香酚(17.72%)。挥发油的红外光谱图中有较强的羟基吸收峰,为质谱鉴定的主要成分提供了佐证。
In this paper, capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Thymus hystrix. Chromatographic separation of more than 30 components, mass spectrometry identified 29 components. Its main components are (ox) geraniol (26.95%), carvacrol (18.40%) and thymol (17.72%). Volatile oil infrared spectrum has a strong hydroxyl absorption peak for the mass spectrometry identification of the main components provide evidence.
