薄壁铜衬套(见图1)在汽车上用得很广泛,它有较高的尺寸精度。我们制造这种零件采用了连续压制的工艺方法,保证了高的劳动生产率(每小时600～1000件)和高达95%的材料利用率。
Thin-walled copper bushes (see Figure 1) are used in a wide variety of vehicles and have high dimensional accuracy. We manufacture this part using a continuous pressing process, ensuring high labor productivity (600 to 1,000 pieces per hour) and up to 95% material utilization.
