对于严重大面积烧伤患者,自体皮肤组织移植常难以实施.尽管真皮替代物以其优良的理化特性,在烧伤重建外科领域发挥了重大作用,但与传统皮片移植相比,仍存在着血管延迟长入真皮层的缺陷.本文就真皮替代物的特性,以及移植后血管化进程的促进因素进行综述.
