采用共沉淀法合成铜铝水滑石,并以此为载体负载氟化钾(KF)制备了负载型铜铝水滑石催化剂(KF/CuAl-LDOs),用于大豆油酯交换制备生物柴油。考察了铜铝摩尔比、催化剂用量、KF负载量、醇油摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对该反应的影响,通过正交试验得到了反应的最佳条件:铜-铝摩尔比为3∶1,催化剂用量为3%,KF负载量为40%,醇油摩尔比9∶1,反应温度为70℃,反应时间1 h,此工艺条件下制备的生物柴油产率可达97.4%。
Copper-aluminum hydrotalcite was synthesized by co-precipitation method, and supported KF was used to prepare supported copper-aluminum hydrotalcite catalysts (KF / CuAl-LDOs) for transesterification of soybean oil to prepare biodiesel. The effects of Cu / Al molar ratio, catalyst dosage, KF loading, molar ratio of alcohol to oil, reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments: the molar ratio of copper to aluminum was 3: 1, 3% catalyst, KF loading of 40%, molar ratio of alcohol to oil of 9:1, reaction temperature of 70 ℃ and reaction time of 1 h. The yield of biodiesel prepared under this process was 97.4% .
