在课堂教学活动中,教师通过情感性和物质性两种激励激发和培养学生的学习动力和学习兴趣,满足学生需要尊重和认可的心理特点,以提高课堂教学的有效性,同时也提升自我发展。情感性和物质性两种激励都需发自内心和因人而异。前者应具体,具备一定的启发性和深度;后者不能过于频繁,不应让学生为了有限的奖赏而产生不良竞争。
In classroom teaching activities, teachers stimulate and cultivate students’ learning motivation and interest through two kinds of emotional and material motivation to meet the psychological characteristics that students need to respect and recognize so as to enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching and enhance self-development . Both emotional and material motivation need to be from the heart and from person to person. The former should be specific, with a certain degree of enlightenment and depth; the latter should not be too frequent, should not allow students to have a bad reward for the adverse competition.
