目的:探讨CO2激光治疗耳鼻咽喉部乳头状瘤的疗效。方法:166例乳头状瘤(鼻部45例,耳部39例,咽部82例)局部麻醉后以连续输出功率为15W的CO2激光切割及气化肿瘤。结果:治愈率达100％。结论:CO2激光治疗耳鼻咽喉部乳头状瘤的优点:(1)生物组织含70~90％的水分,激光气化肿瘤,对邻近组织基本不受影响,不妨碍伤口I期愈合;(2)激光切割和气化肿瘤后,可最大限度保存原有器官的功能,不造成组织缺损;(3)激光能封闭和凝固肿瘤组织周围的血管,术时出血少;(4)激光是无菌切口,很少引起伤口感染;(5)手术简单,痛苦少。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of CO2 laser in the treatment of otolaryngology and nasal laryngeal papilloma. Methods: 166 cases of papilloma (nasal 45 cases, 39 cases of ear, 82 cases of pharynx) were anesthetized and CO2 laser was used to cut and vaporize the tumor with a continuous output of 15W. Results: The cure rate of 100%. Conclusion: CO2 laser treatment of otolaryngology and nasal laryngeal papilloma advantages: (1) biological tissue containing 70-90% of water, laser gasification of the tumor adjacent to the basic unaffected, does not prevent the wound I phase healing; (2) Laser cutting and gasification of the tumor, the maximum can save the original organ function, does not cause tissue defects; (3) the laser can be closed and coagulation of blood vessels around the tumor tissue, less bleeding surgery; (4) the laser is a sterile incision, Rarely cause wound infection; (5) surgery is simple, less painful.
