The development of capital market has given rise to securities analysts and analysts who can provide investors with investment plans and suggestions by virtue of their professional knowledge and information channels, reduce the cost of information transmission and help investors understand the market. Based on this, this article analyzes the impact of securities analysts’ behavior on investor protection.
