本文选用固相放射免疫法(SPRIA)检测和考察了抗乙肝特异性转移因子(TF)和核糖核酸(RNA)中乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)和表面抗体(抗-HBs)的含量,结果证明,此两种制剂中均不含有抗-HBs和HBsAg,说明在现工艺条件下这两种制剂没有携带HBsAg的危险,是安全可靠的;同时也从侧面反映了此两种制剂的作用机理主要是细胞介导免疫。此外本文还对制剂中成分对HBsAg和抗-HBs测定的影响干扰作用进行了初步探讨。
In this study, the content of hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) and surface antibody (anti-HBs) in hepatitis B virus specific transfer factor (TF) and RNA was detected by SPRIA, The results showed that neither of these two preparations contained anti-HBs and HBsAg, indicating that the two preparations are safe and reliable under the current process conditions without the risk of carrying HBsAg; at the same time, the effects of the two preparations are also reflected from the side The mechanism is mainly cell-mediated immunity.
