In September 1949, the first session of the CPPCC National Committee proceeded according to the procedure, and discussed the adoption of the Constitution of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the Organic Law of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China, the National Capital of the People’s Republic of China, Annals of the People’s Republic of China, National Anthem, National Flag Proposal, Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Common program, and then into the personnel agenda.
