目的分析不同品种芹菜叶的总黄酮含量,并对黄酮含量最高与最低两品种进行体外抗氧化性研究,以期从中寻找药用价值更高的芹菜品种。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品测定不同品种芹菜叶中总黄酮的含量;1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)、铁氰化钾法分析总黄酮含量最高与最低两种品质的体外抗氧化性。结果美国大禹牌西芹总黄酮含量最高(为2.18%),荷兰黄家西芹总黄酮含量最低(为1.51%);美国大禹牌芹菜叶抗氧化活性大于荷兰黄家西芹叶。结论不同品种芹菜叶总黄酮有明显差异,黄酮含量最高的抗氧化性明显高于含量最低者。
Objective To analyze the content of total flavonoids in different varieties of celery leaves, and to study the antioxidant activity of the two varieties with the highest and the lowest flavonoids in order to look for celery varieties with higher medicinal value. Methods The content of total flavonoids in different varieties of celery leaves was determined by UV spectrophotometry with rutin as reference substance. The content of total flavonoids in celery leaves was determined by using 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH) and potassium ferricyanide Flavone content of the highest and lowest two in vitro antioxidant properties. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids was the highest (2.18%) in the celery of Dayu of the United States, the lowest of the total flavonoids of Celery in the Netherlands (1.51%), and the antioxidant activity of celery leaves was greater than that of the parsley in the Netherlands. Conclusion Different varieties of celery leaves have significant differences in total flavonoids, the highest flavonoid antioxidant capacity was significantly higher than the lowest content.
