石墨因其具有良好的物理化学性能而被广泛应用。陕西省某石墨矿中的有用矿物主要为石墨、金红石、硅线石,脉石矿物种类繁多,针对该矿的矿石性质进行了综合回收选矿试验研究。试验结果表明:原矿经磨矿—分级—重选回收金红石—重选尾矿浮选回收石墨的工艺流程,可获得TiO2品位91.20%、回收率62.21%的金红石精矿和固定C品位90.78%、回收率93.16%的石墨精矿。
Graphite is widely used because of its good physical and chemical properties. The useful minerals in a graphite mine in Shaanxi Province are mainly graphite, rutile, sillimanite and gangue minerals with various types. Based on the ore properties of the mine, a comprehensive recovery beneficiation experiment is carried out. The results show that the rutile concentrate with the recovery of 62.21% and the grade of 91.20% TiO2 and the fixed C grade of 90.78% can be obtained through the process of grinding ore - classification - recycle of rutile - 93.16% recovery of graphite concentrate.
