某车型玻璃升降器开关插接件接触不良问题分析

摘要:汽车线束作为控制汽车电信号的载体,用于连接电源和用电器,并提供稳定可靠的电流;汽车线束与用电器连接是否可靠性,直接影响整车电器功能实现,关乎用户感知评价,甚至行车安全。对此,我们从影响用电器与线束插接件接触不良的因素入手并进行相关问题分析解决。
Abstract: The vehicle wiring harness, as the carrier of controlling the electrical signal of the vehicle, used to connect power supply and electrical appliances, and provide stable and reliable current; Whether the connection between the wiring harness and the electrical appliance is reliable, directly affect the realization of electrical functions of the vehicle. It's about user perception evaluation, even driving safety. To this, we start with the factors that affect the poor contact between electrical appliances and wire harness connectors and analyze and solve the related problems.

0 引言
伴随着时代发展,人们对于汽车的安全性、舒适性要求越来越高,汽车的电器集成化程度也越来越高;本文通过对某车型玻璃升降器与线束插接件接触不良问题进行分析,从端子与护套匹配、公母端护套匹配、设计匹配校核等方面入手,降低玻璃升降器与线束接触不良问题发生频次,消除了客户抱怨。
