9月12日,以“语言科技与人类福祉”为主题的首届国际语言文化论坛在北京外国语大学举办。教育部副部长、国家语委主任杜占元出席论坛开幕式并讲话。杜占元指出,语言与科技的碰撞交融由来已久。当前,以信息技术为核心的当代科技革命在全球蓬勃兴起、突飞猛进,引导着众多高新技术领域的变革,迅速改变着人们的生产、生活方式,也必将对语言生活产生深刻影响。
On September 12, the first International Language and Culture Forum with the theme of “Speech Science and Human Well-Being” was held in Beijing Foreign Studies University. Du Zhanyuan, Vice Minister of Education and Director of the State Department of Chinese Language and Culture, attended the opening ceremony of the forum and delivered a speech. Du Zhanyuan pointed out that the collision of languages and science and technology has been blending for a long time. At present, the revolution of science and technology with information technology as its core is booming in the world. By leaps and bounds, it has led many changes in high-tech fields and rapidly changed people’s production and life style. It will also have a profound impact on language life.
