近年来药物电泳疗法除传统方法外还采用了多种变异方式,其中所谓组织内(或器官内)电泳法用得很广泛。因此,必须尽快研究其基础理论。本文在一定程度上可以弥补这一空白。本文主要研究了直流电对一般给药法(静注、腹腔内注射、吸入)输入机体的药物进入器官(组织)的影响。对各种动物(兔、大白鼠)以及手术患者的组织进行实验研究,既观察了一般药物(链霉素、美兰、奴弗卡因)也观察了同位素标记化合物(磷酸氢钠、~(99)锝等),对数据进行了统计学处理。静脉给药法:兔由静脉注入同位素标记
