ISO 26000的出台提供了践行社会责任的框架性指南,为我国开展企业社会责任工作提供了重要参考,也给我国带来了一定的潜在风险。为推进相关工作,建议政府部门应尽快研究制定符合国情的企业社会责任相关法律条款和指南,加强违法监管的实操性规章体系建设,同时改善企业经营环境,积极发挥第三方组织的中介作用。
The promulgation of ISO 26000 provides a framework guideline for practicing social responsibility and provides an important reference for our country to carry out corporate social responsibility work. It also brings certain potential risks to our country. In order to promote the relevant work, it is suggested that government departments should study and formulate relevant legal provisions and guidelines on corporate social responsibility in line with China’s national conditions as soon as possible, strengthen the construction of a regulatory and operational regulatory system that violates the law and at the same time improve the business environment and actively play an intermediary role for third-party organizations.
