随着近年来科学技术的发展,质谱仪器不断推出,质谱应用不断扩大。ICP-MS 对分析地质、环境、冶金和化学液体样品中的痕量元素是一种最有效和常规的分析工具。GDMS 分析固体中的杂质有较好的精密度。LMS 是一种不用同样基体标样而能测定固体中元素的绝对分析方法。同位素稀释法分析有机物中痕量元素是一种新用途。本文对此作一评述。
With the development of science and technology in recent years, mass spectrometry instruments are introduced continuously and mass spectrometry applications are constantly expanding. ICP-MS is the most effective and routine analytical tool for analyzing trace elements in geological, environmental, metallurgical and chemical liquid samples. GDMS analysis of solid impurities have better precision. LMS is an absolute analytical method that can determine the elements in solids without using the same matrix standards. Isotope dilution analysis of trace elements in organic matter is a new use. This article makes a comment.
