合作式学习是新课程理念下提高课堂教学效率的重要举措。教师作为课堂教学活动的组织者和实施者,对课堂教学的成败起着举足轻重的影响。加强教师之间的合作与交流,用集体智慧来应对初中语文课程教学改革中所出现的问题,是素质教育背景下对语文教师提出的新要求。本文阐述了教师合作学习的过程中还存在的一些误区,并给出了相应的解决对策。
Cooperative learning is an important measure to improve classroom teaching efficiency under the new curriculum concept. As the organizer and implementer of classroom teaching activities, teachers play an important role in the success or failure of classroom teaching. Strengthening the cooperation and exchange among teachers and using collective wisdom to deal with the problems that arise in the teaching reform of Chinese curriculum in junior high schools is a new demand for language teachers in the context of quality education. This article expatiates some misunderstandings in the process of teachers’ cooperative learning and gives the corresponding solutions.
