本文采用HPLC法测定鲁南欣康片中单硝酸异山梨酯的含量,以咖啡因为内标物。甲醇:水(30:70)为流动相,检测波长254nm。其回收率99.6％、RSD=0.6％。
In this paper, HPLC determination of isosorbide mononitrate in Lunanxinkang tablets content, with caffeine as the internal standard. Methanol: water (30:70) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength 254nm. The recovery rate of 99.6%, RSD = 0.6%.
