前列腺素(PG)在人体各组织中广泛存在,具有许多生理功能,各种哺乳类动物的脑内均含有合成PG的酶体系。PC在外周有致痛作用,对中枢神经系统有镇静和镇痛效应。在针刺镇痛过程中脑内环—磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量变化只见个别报导。本实验观察唇针镇痛过程中顶叶皮层PG和cAMP含量的变化,进一步探讨PG和cAMP在针刺镇痛中的作用。
Prostaglandins (PGs) are widespread in various tissues of the human body and have many physiological functions. Various mammalian animals contain an enzyme system that synthesizes PG. PC has a pain-inducing effect on the periphery and sedative and analgesic effects on the central nervous system. Acupuncture analgesia in the process of brain ring - adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) content changes are only reported individually. This experiment observed the changes of PG and cAMP in the process of analgesia of the labial acupuncture and further explored the role of PG and cAMP in acupuncture analgesia.
