我院抢救磷化锌中毒1例报告如下。 病例介绍 患者郭某,男,28岁,工人,病案号1260,该患因故,于1994年6月17日口服磷化锌6克,家人发现恶心、呕吐、疑服杀鼠药,当即到某医院急救,经洗胃后住院治疗二天,疗效不佳,而于6月20日转来我院抢救,仍频频呕吐,查体:T35.4℃,P142次/分,R30次/分,BP10/8kPa,神志不清,全身抽搐,巩膜黄染,双侧瞳孔等大同圆,对光反射存在,呼吸急促,心率140/分,节律不整,肝肋下3.0厘米,脾未触及、病理
