企业管理特色的总结、研究、探索要同整个国家经济发展的宏观设想、战略部署,同思想政治上的基本原则联系起来。既不要搞“全盘西化”,也不要搞国粹主义。实行厂长负责制后,厂长们要兢兢业业,“临事而惧”,注意提高自己的政治业务素质。在企业里要加强党对思想政治的全面领导。每个企业要有自己的“企业精神”,要把“艰苦奋斗,勤俭建国”这个传家宝概括进去。
The summarization, research and exploration of the characteristics of enterprise management should be linked with the macro vision and strategic deployment of the entire country’s economic development and with the basic ideological and political principles.
