农业转移人口的生活不仅要在形式上实现身份和工作的转化,更重要的是体现在内涵上实现工作方式、生活方式、社会交往、价值观念等与城市居民融和,真正转变为市民。项目组从文化素质、经济生活、社会关系、政治参与、心理认同和公共服务6个维度,13个因素指标,26个具体指标去检测、衡量涪陵区农业转移人口的生活状态及转化为市民的程度,探寻影响和制约的动因及应对之策。
The life of the agricultural transfer population should not only realize the transformation of identity and work in form, but more importantly reflect that the working methods, life style, social interaction and values should be integrated with the urban residents in terms of content and be really transformed into citizens. The project team tested 6 indicators including cultural quality, economic life, social relations, political participation, psychological identification and public service, 13 factor indicators and 26 specific indicators to measure the living conditions of the agricultural transfer population in Fuling District and their transformation into citizens The extent to explore the impact and constraints of the motivation and coping strategies.
