自北京市总工会2011年—2013年推进企业普遍建立工会组织规划部署以来,通州区委、区总工会高度重视非公企业的工会组建工作。为了调动广大职工建设首都城市副中心的积极性和创造性,建立稳定和谐的劳动关系,两年来,区总工会突出重点,创新机制,狠抓落实,使全区工会组织己覆盖法人单位5800个,吸收会员17万人,区总工会组建行业工会、外资企业工会、村级工会、田园工会等经验先后被市总工会推广。
