使用Pro/E软件建立了曲轴圆角滚压的模型,运用数据共享将模型导入Workbench中。利用Workbench中的静力学分析模块和优化设计模块,对滚压工艺参数中的滚子直径和滚压力进行了多目标优化。分析了滚压时滚子直径和滚压力的变化对曲轴圆角处最大等效应力的影响。提出了由滚压时的最大等效应力反求滚子直径和滚压力最优解的方法。这能为滚子直径和滚压力的选择提供指导。
Using Pro / E software, a crankshaft fillet model was created and data sharing was used to import the model into the workbench. Using the static analysis module and the optimization design module in the Workbench, multi-objective optimization of roller diameter and rolling force in the rolling process parameters is performed. The influence of the variation of roller diameter and rolling force on the maximum equivalent stress at the fillet of crankshaft was analyzed. The optimal solution to the roller diameter and rolling pressure is proposed by the maximum equivalent stress during rolling. This provides guidance on the choice of roller diameter and rolling force.
