高考中长期存在的倾斜分数线问题,已严重妨碍了公平原则的体现与彰显,高考政策的制定者必须积极面对这一问题。部分倡议者认为应该实施全国统一划线录取以矫正倾斜的分数线,这个倡议可以在何种程度上变为现实与如何变为现实,目前探讨的还不够深入。在分析各种有利与限制条件的基础上,认为中央部委直属高校进行全国统考、统一划线录取较为现实,并提出具体实施方案。
The problem of long-term slope scores in the college entrance examination has seriously hampered the expression and manifestation of the principle of fairness. The policy makers of the college entrance examination must actively face this problem. Some proponents believe that it is imperative to implement a uniform national line-taking to correct the skewed scores. The degree to which this initiative can be turned into reality and how it has become reality is not yet thoroughly explored. Based on the analysis of various favorable and restrictive conditions, it is believed that the central ministries and commissions directly subordinate to colleges and universities to conduct nationwide examinations and uniform line admission are more realistic and propose specific implementation plans.
