本文应用抗体HCG、Vim、CHG对62例外科切除的贲门癌标本进行了免疫组织化学染色,并且结合光镜下进行形态观察。结果发现CHG抗体表达阳性14例。Vim表达阳性33例,HCG表达阳性32例,CHG—HCG抗体表达9例,CHC—VIM抗体表达12例,HCG—VIM抗体表达19例,HCG—CHG—VIM抗体表达8例,其中具有VIM、HCG抗体表达的肿瘤有60%以上出现在分化比较低的肿瘤组织中(在统计学上有意义),本文对贲门癌细胞出现三种抗体表达及联合表达原因及意义进行分析讨论。提出责门癌细胞具有多向分化特征,并且伴有向滋养叶、间叶分化的肿瘤细胞大多数分化较低其与临床预后有一定的关系;伴有向神经内分泌分化的肿瘤细胞其与组织细胞分化程度无相关性。这对我们重新认识贲门癌生物学行为,探讨其临床预后和依据肿瘤细胞向不同组织分化采用不同药物治疗具有理论性指导意义。
The immunohistochemical staining of 62 surgically resected specimens of cardiac cancer was performed using antibodies HCG, Vim, and CHG, and the morphology was observed under light microscope. As a result, 14 cases of positive CHG antibody expression were found. Vim expression was positive in 33 cases, HCG expression was positive in 32 cases, CHG-HCG antibody was expressed in 9 cases, CHC-VIM antibody was expressed in 12 cases, HCG-VIM antibody was expressed in 19 cases, HCG-CHG-VIM antibody was expressed in 8 cases, including VIM, More than 60% of the tumors expressed by HCG antibody appeared in the tumor tissues with low differentiation (which was statistically significant). This article analyzes and discusses the causes and significances of the expression of three antibodies in the cardia cancer cells and their combined expression. It is proposed that the responsible cancer cells have multi-differentiation characteristics, and most of the tumor cells accompanied by differentiation to the trophozoites and mesenchymals have a low degree of differentiation and have a certain relationship with clinical prognosis; tumor cells and tissues accompanied by differentiation into neuroendocrine cells. There is no correlation between the degree of cell differentiation. This gives us a new understanding of the biological behaviors of cardiac cancer, discusses its clinical prognosis, and has a theoretical guiding significance based on the differentiation of tumor cells into different tissues using different drug treatments.
