以不同醇或醚为配基,发展了一系列以硅胶为基质的新型疏水色谱固定相,研究了以山梨醇及其单丁醚为配基的填料对生物大分子分离的最佳色谱条件。该固定相可以很高的活性回收率使蛋白质得到较好的分离,同时可以纯化白介素-2、α-干扰素和甲状腺素结合蛋白。
With different alcohol or ether as ligands, a series of new hydrophobic stationary phases with silica gel as matrix were developed. The optimal chromatographic conditions for the separation of biomacromolecules from sorbitol and its monobutyl ether ligands were studied. The high activity of the stationary phase recovery of the protein to get a better separation, and can be purified interleukin -2, α-interferon and thyroxine binding protein.
