水泥粉煤灰碎石桩不仅可用于承载力较低的地基,也可用于承载力较高但变形不能满足要求的地基,具有较强的置换作用,如果施工过程中的各个环节控制得当,不仅施工进度快(长9m、直径50cm的桩,从开始钻孔到灌注结束平均可达3~4根/h),施工质量也能很好保证。但如果处理较薄的地基时,则不宜采用CFG桩处理,而应采用换填方法,另外,由于要做桩基复合地基承载力检测和桩身完整性检测,复合地基承载力检测难度较大,检测费用较高。结合南水北调中线焦作2段5标CFG施工情况,本文从施工程序、施工流程、技术要求、施工过程质量控制、质量检验、施工中注意事项等方面阐述了CFG桩基在施工过程中的质量控制方法和程序,明确了CFG桩基处理地基的优缺点,可以根据实际地质和设计要求有选择的采用。
