胰腺癌是胰腺最常见的恶性肿瘤 ,手术切除率低 ,本研究对不能手术切除的胰腺癌术中采用微波固化治疗 ,并观察距固化点不同距离癌细胞的超微结构改变。1 材料和方法6例病例均经病理确诊为腺癌。经手术探查确认胰腺癌已不能切除 ,术中即行微波固化治疗。采用国产ＷＢＤ 2型微波
Pancreatic cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the pancreas. The surgical resection rate is low.
