幼儿教师眼中的教师资格证——基于北京、广东、重庆三地幼儿教师教师资格证观的调查与分析

幼儿教师资格制度是国家对幼儿教师实行的一种法定的职业许可制度,规定了幼儿教师职业必备的基本条件,对于促进幼儿教师专业化发展、依法管理教师队伍、广开教师培养和聘任渠道等有着极其重要的意义。然而,在幼儿教师看来,幼儿教师资格证却存在“含金量”不高、难以甄选合格师资和规整教师队伍等问题。究其原因,主要是我国幼儿教师资格制度不完善和身处环境不利等因素导致,为了发挥幼儿教师资格证书的应有功能,完善幼儿教师资格制度,需从规范资格认证、加强证书后期管理、规范幼儿教师资格制度环境建设三个方面着手。 Kindergarten teacher qualification system is a legal kindergarten teachers to implement a legal system of occupational requirements for preschool teachers prescribe the basic prerequisites for the promotion of kindergarten teachers professional development, management of teachers in accordance with the law, wide open teacher training and appointment channels Etc. have extremely important significance.
