国家“十五”科技攻关计划重点项目——“中国电子政务应用示范工程”11月20日在北京通过专家论证。科技部部长徐冠华院士在该项目可行性论证会上强调,电子政务的全面建设与推广应用离不开有关部门的大力支持和协同,在技术标准化和业务规范化,以及相关成果的产业化推广方面进行有效的协助。只有这样才能在较短时期内使国家对信息化社会的监督管理能力上一个台阶,并显著提升我国的综合竞争实力。
