异地高考一直是一个焦点话题。随着教育部给出的原则限期的临近(国务院办公厅要求各地在2012年12月31日前出台异地高考具体政策),社会对于各地异地高考政策何时出台的关注持续升温。山西省已出台并将自2014年起执行对外来务工子女就地高考方案。为什么要制定异地高考政策,在实施过程中到底存在哪些困难?这个问题是政策制定者与教育研究工作者当前刻不容缓的重要研究课题。
Off-campus entrance examination has always been a focus topic. With the deadline of the principle given by the Ministry of Education approaching (the State Council General Office requires all localities to issue specific policies for college entrance examination in different places by December 31, 2012), the society’s concern about when the entrance exam for different places all over the country continued to rise continued to heat up. Shanxi province has promulgated and will implement the program of on-the-spot entrance examinations for migrant children from 2014 onwards. Why do we need to formulate policy of college entrance examination in different places? What problems exist in the process of implementation? This question is an important research topic that policy makers and education researchers urgently urgently need.
